|Recommended: YesThe Once and Future Refrigerator — As usual, STRONG WORK on the part of FP Maintenance.
They came out to fix the old fridge in the middle of a big project.
That didn’t work, but the Monday after the Saturday on which I brought this to Ryan’s attention I had a new refrigerator.
Had I had half as much co operation from co-workers at my former job, I wouldn’t now be retired.

Maintenance is also very efficient and friendly. They get the job done as quickly as they can. It's a great place to live for the price, as it is kept up and maintained. Good location also. 5 stars from me.

The staff cares about all the renters and they make that known from the very beginning. The apartments are clean and quiet and I feel safe and happy to call this place home.

|Recommended: YesBest place I’ve ever lived — The management is amazing the staff is so kind and helpful If you need help they respond quickly and are always on call. I’ve had to call when I locked myself out in the middle of the night and someone came within 30 min to help me. Everyone is respectful of each other when it comes to noise and just in general. I recommend this place to everyone is who looking for an apartment.
