|Recommended: YesVery kind staff and good spot — Aside from some tiny gripes like no central AC, I don't think I could've picked a better spot to land in Peoria. Love the surrounding hiking trails, love the proximity to downtown Peoria Heights, love what I'm getting for the price.

|Recommended: YesGood place for a first time renter — I’ve lived in my apartment for 2 months now and haven’t had a single problem out of anyone here it’s a quiet community and you may get some noise from upstairs but that’s to be expected other than that I love it here

|Recommended: YesLove it — I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and it’s amazing The neighbors and office staff are wonderful. The maintenance guys are amazing too They’re so helpful and they get everything done very quickly. The apartments are wonderful for the prices and they’re so comforting The only thing I would change is having Central AC for the hotter months because in a 2 bedroom it gets very hot, and very expensive. Overall this place is absolutely amazing and so so worth moving into.

|Recommended: YesSuch a good space — Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind and helpful. On my move in day, the office was so responsive and genuinely wanted to help. The people in the office were so professional and helpful The space is so perfect for what I need too Definitely recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to call home — FPA was my husbands and I first place together and we are very happy that we chose it The apartments are a decent size, staff and maintenance are great and we have good neighbors as well. We will be sad when we leave, but plan to stay until we’ve bought a house. Would definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesForest Park Apartments — This is a great place to live The Maintenance staff is great at repairing quickly when the work order is placed, The Management staff is awesome, we are right around the corner from Forest Park Nature Center, and 5 mins from the Rock Island Bike Trails. Another A is how quiet our neighborhood is. Highly recommended apartments if you are looking for somewhere to live.
