|Recommended: YesSo far so good. — Nothing major has popped up as being bad. A little miscommunication about pick up time of keys. The tile does need some work, in the bathroom, but I was a home remodeled for a while before becoming a welder. So I see all the little imperfections most might not. Otherwise I love it here so far

The staff has been wonderful. Always friendly.
Maintenance does a great job getting to you fast. They are wonderful as well. Always friendly.
The property is always kept up. You constantly hear and see work being done.
The pool is amazing The water is always clean, the area around the pool always picked up.
No washer and dryer in the unit but that was not a deal breaker for me. Honestly its a short walk. If you like nature, you are next door to Forest Park Nature Preserve. You will see deer and turkey. You are close to Grandview Drive, Detwiler Park, Robinson Park.
Some nightlife, close to the downtown Riverfront.
Separate building for mail
The complex is tucked away in it's own little area. I like that

|Recommended: YesBoy needs to swim — Overall one of the best places to live in the area. Only two downsides are not having a in unit washer or dryer, and some neighbors can be easily heard at times. These things are not deal breakers for me though, after all, this place is nice. Convenient bus route, garden plots, nice pool, trails that lead to connecting park. It's a nice place to live

|Recommended: YesA great community home — The leasing office staff are amazing - they know my name and truly care Whenever I have an issue they listen to my needs to solve it. Paying rent or asking for help is so fast and convenient through the app I love the residential aspect, safety and central location to Peoria Heights. Being by the Forest Park Nature is just an added bonus. Honestly I have no negatives

|Recommended: YesI LOVE IT HERE — I have lived at Forest Park Apartments going on 5 years now, as a single female I feel very safe, the community here is very friendly and people here care about each other and the neighbors. The staff is amazing, fun and friendly. They are very helpful with everything I need. The maintenance are incredibly handy and helpful, Terry has been mine for all 5 years and he is THE BEST The grounds are well cared for and the pool is awesome I personally believe that Forest Park is one of the Heights hidden gems
