|Recommended: YesFantastic Place to Live — I absolutely love it here, especially being so close to the trails But, I'd have to say that from the first time I walked onto the property, I was sold after meeting Dave. He was so kind and to this day is still one of the most positive parts of living here. He is so caring, but also very professional. And, to top it off, he never forgets your name. Such a nice man and does a great job

|Recommended: YesA Great Place to Live — We have lived here for a few years now and it's a great place to live. The maintenance and property staff are amazing and always friendly. Even when we had an unfortunate apartment fire that wasn't our fault crazy lightning strike storm , Forest Park took care of us by letting us stay in the showroom apartment until we could move into another regular apartment. We lost a lot, but their generosity really made us feel like a Forest Park family. I would recommend Forest Park for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and friendly community. It's also pet friendly. The only amenities I wish we had are in-unit dishwashers and laundry machines, but the community laundry rooms are not bad.
