|Recommended: YesA nice place to live — The location next to the Forest Park Nature Center is what drew us to apply and the staff and services are what's kept us here. The apartments themselves are small but the rent is reasonable so you can afford a storage unit if you're only here for a short time. Would recommend.

I truly enjoy living here and be right next to the nature center. This area gives you a private and peaceful living atmosphere with nearby city convenience. It truly is beautiful here
|Recommended: YesComfortable, friendly and safe — Homey apartments for first time apartment living or just for someone who needs to downgrade. Pets allowed with a small fee and staff and grounds maintenance are amazing They are right on top of most things that need fixed within a timely manner. Neighbors are generally quiet in my experience I've lived in two different buildings and they do a good job fitting the right types of people together and making sure everything is in an orderly manner. Great at responding to emails, too.

|Recommended: YesCozy home near the forest — Affordable, safe place to live with good, considerate neighbors. Well-situated for me near work, shops, and hiking. Love the pool and community garden. My cats are happy watching the birds outside my windows, so I'm happy

|Recommended: YesWonderful apartment living — Wonderful place to live. Right next to Forest Park Nature Center with access to the trails. Dog park and dog washing station. Pet friendly. Very prompt with all maintenance requests. Close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Plus, Peoria Heights is awesome.

|Recommended: YesOld, but best location in Peoria — The apartments are a little dated, but location is quiet and safe. I picked this apartment for the location. Turned out the staff is kind and my neighbors are nice.
