|Recommended: YesGreat place — This is a wonderful place to live. It is close to Forest Park Nature Center and it's trails. The dog wash station is a great convenience. The staff is always willing to help if needed. For a dog friendly community apartment with a pool, this is the best place in Peoria Peoria Heights that there is.

|Recommended: YesGreat staff and location — The Staff at Forest Park Apartments are very helpful and understanding, being close to the trails of Forest Park Nature Center means I see lots of wildlife on my hikes and even out of my windows. Maintenance workers are diligent and proactive. Overall, perfect for my first place living on my own

|Recommended: YesWonderful place to live at an affordable price. — It is a wonderful place to live on the outskirts of Peoria so you can easily get into town but not have to deal with any of the traffic or nonsense that you have to deal with living inside the city. You are near Forest Park so you can easily walk from your house to go for a hike or if you have family over take a picnic on one of the several area's provided by both Forest Park and Forest Park apartments. It is a wonderful place to live at a wonderful and affordable price.
